hi, pls. I have a MacBook on which I can't print colour jobs on it. Pls. what steps should I take for my MacBook to be able to print colour

09 MBP 8GB ram 500GB HD OS 10.9 32B iPad 4 32GB iPhone 5 iOs7 2TB TC Apple TV3
You should have print options in your printer window that can be applied such as portrait,color,black&white and draft mode make sure the appropriate settings are correct.
Some printers when color is to low will default to black&white or not print at all.
