Disk Utility Error

Hey guys,

I just tried to erase and reformat my 1TB external Toshiba drive and got the error message

and started getting the error message attached...

Now I keep getting the, "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer" error, every time I insert my disk. Is there a way of resolving this? Is the disk still ok?!

You are going to have to format the drive so hit 'Initialize'.
