After re-installing Lion on my MacBook Pro (late 2010) I still don't have any output or input Audio
No Output or Input audio ?!

Not much to go on here... but from your post I'm assuming you didn't have input or output sound before your reinstalled Lion? How about headphones, any sound from them? And you checked all your settings in System Preferences, Sound?
