Ok, this putting applications to sleep in Mavericks isn't so great with every application. Does anyone know how I can set the computer per application or system wide to stop putting programs to sleep. Reason being I am trying to download a large file via torrent and OSX keeps putting the program to sleep if its not on top of all the other application or if screens shut down it stops. Even bringing something like the browser up and BT Client being under the browser it slows down to a slow craw.. Very annoying..

Any suggestions.?

Thanks,
Joe

EDIT: Solved....

Right Click on the application in Finder and under the General Tab Arrow thing-a-ma-bob, check Prevent App Nap.. Lets see if this works...
