Excel pros and cons template

I am running Excel For Mac 2011. When creating a "pros and cons" template spreadsheet, there is a drop down list called "How important is each item, on a scale of 1-5?" How can I change this to a scale of 1-10? I want to change both the text and the number of items in the drop down list.

Click on the cell where you can choose 1 - 5 ( Importance )
From the top menu, select Data.
From the Data menu, select Validation
A small window will appear and there is a field called Source.
Type the values that you want to see in the drop down box, separated by a semicolon.

If you want to speed things up, select all cells you want to do this for and then do Data / Validation etc.... as described above.
