username

so ever time i sit down at my computer i end up typing my username dozens of times.....is there a way i can save that username and use "control F" or "command Z" and it type my username for me? I'm familiar with the basic copy and paste function but i want to be able to use that function when i need to and not have to re-save the username....

I assume you are talking about logging into various sites. Any password manager can help you with this by auto logging you into sites with your username and highly secure password..
