Cannot log into any Apple apps

Do you have their number? Will there be a charge?

I'd start here. I've no idea on the charging, phone numbers etc in the US

I contacted Apple and after talking with two techs and 3 hrs. later everything is resolved. They had me try everything even sharing my computer. They finally found that my Apple ID was an email that I never created. I have no idea where it came from or how my ID was changed. I thought maybe my account was compromised, but everything appeared OK and there were no charges made. I was very pleased with the Apple support and their patience. And best of all there was no charge.

pitb - but at least you got it resolved.

Now that you have it resolved - log into the Apple ID page online and add a 2nd email address - that way if problems arise, you've got 2 places it can send an email.

I changed my Apple ID email and also added a second email address. I should be fine now. This was so strange.
