Hi all,
I have updated Safari to V6.1 and presently running ML. Now I am having issues with some web sites, specifically banks, where Safari refuses to open their pages. I also had problems with 1 Password, but solved that one.
I would like to upgrade to Mavericks, but this has made me think twice.
Does anybody else have any issues with Safari, and were they solved by Mavericks? Or is it that my bank is lagging behind in recognising the latest Safari?

Switched over to Firefox and had zero problems.

What happens when you try to open the page? Do you get some sort of error message? Have you tried using another browser?

The page just says something like:

Safari cannot open this page

If I use Firefox, all is OK.

It sounds like your bank's web master is not keeping their site up to date. Send an email to their customer service and inquire. If Firefox is working OK and the new version of Safari is not, it's very likely the fault of the web site.
