Mail w/Mavericks

Is anyone else upset you now have to "click" TO, CC, BCC for every person in your address book you wish to send/forward an email? The Genius Bar representative at my Apple Store informed me this was a new mail feature. Steve Jobs should be rolling over in his grave - you give an application more features/functionality, NOT LESS. For those who like the "click" as opposed to RETURN, why not make that a Mail selection in PREFERENCES? Mail has never been great about multiple address lists and I challenge you to set your font and color in Mail PREFERENCES to Helvetica, 14 pt, and NAVY. I think I'll be happier with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
