There is no recovery menu on a microwave.
Mate, If you are looking for help, you will need to provide a lot more info that just one sentence.
It takes 2 hands to clap.
So, what is your hardware, Operating System, and what have you done already to make you decide that you can not access the recovery menu's.
What exactly is the problem that makes you try and access the recovery menu ?

What Mac do you have, what HD, conventional, SSD or fusion, what OS, any prior problems or did this fault happen with no warning? Do you have any form of backup? Is the Mac still covered by warranty or AppleCare? What do you see when the Mac attempts to boot, and what, if any, fault finding have you tried so far yourself? Finally, is the Mac's data of value to you?
