Green screen on iOS7 on iPhone5

When I am using the phone all of a sudden the screen turns green with random lines across the green and the phone restarts. Anyone else seen this?

Yikes. I have not seen that. Every now and then mine seems to flicker while in an app. Haven't seen the green screen restart thing.
