It does appear to be a hardware error, but since you're running all sorts of various hardware including a TB display, Logitech gaming, etc; probably the best approach to trouble shoot is to start up in Safe boot mode.

Reboot and hold down your shift key as soon as you hear the Bong! sound. Let it boot to safe mode which will disable all third party drivers, startup apps, and the system sound. Some networking will also not be available. At the same time a verify of your hard drive will be made.

Let it run for awhile in safe mode to see if another kernel panic occurs. If it's a memory problem, it will definitely occur again even in safe mode. Let us know....

Off the top of my head it sounds like you got a RAM stick failing. But you should test the RAM and see if it fails any..
