jnlp file cannot view

I downloaded this file but its telling me I cannot view it because of my security settings. I can only view apps from the app store or something. How do I change my security settings to change this?

System Preferences - Security & Privacy - General tab - click the lock and log in - make a change to the "Allow Applications downloaded from" section.

Would suggest you change it back once finished.
