I am unable to make purchases in the itunes store and was directed to contact itunes support. When I contacted them they informed me that I was out of compliance with the terms and conditions, provided a link to said T&C, and refused to tell me HOW I was out of compliance. Very frustrating.

I have read the T&C and have no idea how I am out of compliance with them.

And.... How are we supposed to know if you're in compliance or not? This is something that must be resolved between you and Apple customer service. Our forums are not affiliated with Apple.

The Terms and Conditions changed recently if I am not mistaken. Did you click to accept the terms of decline them?
