I have Microsoft outlook 2011 on my i Mac which is approximately 18 months old and has up to date software etc.
My problem is that my inbox emails seem to disappear at around the same time every month, and it is approximately one or 2 months of emails from 2 or 3 months previous...bottom line is outlook only seems to keep the present 2 months of emails. it does NOT affect my sent mail or other folders, and also i have Mac Mail set up which works fine and doesn't drop emails. i just prefer Outlook in General to Mac Mail. Can anyone help me? i consider myself to be fairly savvy with all this but i have no clue, and its just happened again this morning!
