When I responded yes to a pop up window saying my database had a problem and needed to be fixed, my old version of Entourage was replaced with a new one and all of my contacts, calendar info and old emails were gone. Is there any way to retrieve them ?

It wasn't Entourage that was replaced, it was the damaged data base file. Unless you've been making backups with Time Machine or some other method, your old data base was probably overwritten and now gone.

If you've been using Mozy faithfully, chances are your old data base with contacts and emails have been backed up along with everything else. If you restore your old data base from Mozy make sure you restore it to an external drive or even a flash drive. You don't want to corrupt Entourage again - unless you're absolutely sure the backup you made was OK.
