Is there a way to tell which year (available between 2004 and 2008) an Apple 23" Cinema Display was made? I'm after one and would prefer as late a model as possible.

Serial number would be your best bet. With that you could look it up and find the manufacture date.

I have the serial number. Where would be a good place to start to look online for the year of manufacture?

Brilliant, thanks.

The screen was 'manufactured in June, the 25th week of 2008 and was the 829th unit manufactured that week' ;-p
