I have a late-2009 iMax i7, a 2011 Macbook Pro, an iPhone 5 and a 4th gen iPad. I have 3 mail accounts (including iCloud) and wish to sync the mail on all hardware without using iTunes. In other words, if I delete a mail message in the iMac, I want it to also be deleted in the other 3. If I send an email in one, I would like it to appear as sent in the others as well. Is this where should use iCloud and how do I set this up? Thanks for any assistance.

Nothing to do with iCloud..just use IMAP when you access your email accounts on all of your devices and your actions will be "visible" across all of them..
