Macintosh SE/30 Help

Was wondering if anyone could assist me in resolving an issue with my Macintosh SE/30.. I know it's old but I am a collector.. I have replaced all the capacitors and have swapped out the Video chip as well as the regular ROM and I still get these vertical lines.. Similar to a "mac in jail" but I don't think its the RAM. I know it's not the Analog/Power board because I have tried another logic board and that works just fine.. It must be a bad chip on this board possibly ruined by a previous leaking capacitor.. Any ideas?? The computer operates just fine..
