Is there any work around to install windows xp on MacBook Air 2013?

I have a old windows xp installation cd and I don't want to buy a new windows 7 or 8 installation cd and I don't want to get a high storage USB. So is thereby work around so I can install windows xp on a 2013 MacBook Air

G'day and welcome to the forums.

Provided you do not intend to use BootCamp, yes you can via VirtualBox, Parallels or similar. Problem will be getting drivers and activating the XP install.

As Harry replied, the only way would be to use virtual software - such as VB, Parallels, or Fusion. Drivers should not be a problem as the virtual machine software provides the proper drivers for XP to function within the VM. No way to do it with Boot Camp, however.
