Enterprise Login Issue

Hi Guys,

We have a Mac Mini running on our enterprises network and the user is having problems logging in to the device. Username and Password is showing as incorrect, we have reset the password for the user through our AD controller, checked all cabling for the mac is connected securely. I do not have direct access to the device as it's in another building so tried using apple's remote desktop application but as I don't have the IP address for the device I am unable to get access to it.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated?

OK! I feel silly, clock on the computer was out of sync with the logon servers.
DOH!
