iOS 7 for iPod Touch?

Is iOS7 compatible with the ipod Touch? I updated my ipad with no issues but when I try to update the Touch, I get a message that I have the latest update (iOS 6.1.3).

Depends on what version iPod Touch it is. Only the 5th generation iPod Touch is compatible.
