Added Rule in Outlook on exchange.
Conditions are
Any Recipient /Contains/[email protected]
Move message /CC folder on my computer
The rule is working 100%
The problem occurs when the recipient requests a read reciet and a delivery reciet.
I read the email successfully, but the Recipient gets a reply back saying the message was not read and was deleted.
Please assist or comment
