How do I get my MacBook (Safari) to auto fill my email address when required please? It is not an option in the "preferences, auto fill" menu.

Do you have your own email address in Contacts? "Using info from my Contacts card"

Auto fill email in Safari

In Safari preferences check the box for "Using info from my Contacts card" and be sure your email address is in the Contacts list.
