I recently installed windows 7 on my macbook pro through bootcamp. The only issue I'm having (albeit not a very big issue) is that whenever I restart my computer, it runs windows by default instead of OSX. Is there a way around this, or do I have to hold down the option key and select it every time?

G'day and welcome to the forums.

Boot up and hold down the Option key to see what is available to boot from. Should show OS X, Recovery and Windows 7. Choose OS X and it should boot. Then go into System Preferences >Startup Disk and make sure OS X is selected.

If no OS X on holding Option you have erased the hard drive in setting up the Windows 7 partition. Quite easy to do alas. You will then have to go through the setup all over again.

Boot to OS X by holding down your Option key. Once in OS X, open System Preferences, Startup Disk. Select your Macintosh HD as the default. You're done.

This is what I was looking for! Thank you both.
