TOC in large doc with many levels WORD 2011

Hi. My WORD 2011 won't do more then 3 section levels in the TOC, no matter how I set it (I need 5 or 6 levels).

I'm using styles--that may be the problem. I can't get the TOC to show more levels either by changing the styles or the toc styles.

What am I doing wrong?

My doc is about 100 pages and will more than double before I'm done.

Is it Mac Word 2011 - if so you can include more TOC levels in Insert > Index and Tables > Table of Contents tab and you can set the numbers of levels there, it certainly goes beyond 3.
