My wife has an iMac (early 2009, 20", 2.66 Ghz Intel). Is there any way to use it as a monitor for a Mac Pro laptop?

You can't do it by directly connecting the video ports. The video connection on that iMac is output only.

The only way that I caan think of is to use somethingn like ScreenRecycler. If you were merely trying to mirror the contents of the MacBook Pro onto the iMac screen sharing would also work.

Thanks much for the quick reply. Guess we'll keep the G4 for Adobe!
