I have a CD which (if I'm correct) was created under OS 9.
I currently have access to machines running 10.6.8

I know the CD has data on it, however OS X treats it like it is blank.

Is there any software or special technique I can use to access this data?

It's most likely images if that helps.

It doesn't really matter which OS the CD was created with. What matters is how it was created. If the CD was left open and the TOC was not written, it will appear as blank. Not much you can do about it unless you still have access to the Mac that the CD was written with.
