I just re-installed Lion from the App store (long story)...safari is acting up and I see some small icons on the screen, when I click on them, it says "This page contains content of “application/x-ati-urlmon” type. You do not have the plug-in required to view this content."

I mostly notice it on the Yahoo Homepage. It wont let me "Stream" news. I have the most current version of Safari (I think) - 6.0.5....Please help.

Yes, I just did...doesnt seem to make a difference. I can see the stream for a second and then reports: "Stream" encountered a problem while trying to load...Content is currently unavailable. We're working on it, so please check back soon." But it's working on my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard...weird

Where are these icons? Are they in Safari or on your computer?

Have you tried another browser?

Firefox works fine, safari is quirky...there is a little bracket and plus sign in the upper left corner of the screen. When I click on it, thats when I get the error message I entered above.

I installed the latest version of Flash
