'Labels & addresses' (Belight)

I am trying out this promising software to create name-badges. I configure the badges to show First Name in a smallish font, followed by Last Name in a larger font.

I then carry out Merge Print with a group that I have created in Contacts.

A few of the surnames are double-barrelled, and are too long to fit on a single line on the badges.

I can find no way of resolving this -- any ideas ?

Having used graphics programs for making name badges only one or two options. Bigger badges to fit in the double barrel names or smaller fonts.

Is it by any chance possible in Contacts to show individuals as having a middle name ? If if is, that might get me there.

My instinct said no but it is possible and quite easy.

Launch Contacts then go to Card > Add Field. Middle Name is one of the options. At the very bottom of that list is an Edit Template options, Choosing that option makes changes which will appear on all cards, So you could easily add a Middle Name field for all cards.
