iBook G3 500 Keyboard Problem ~ Insight/Advise needed!

First off, thank you in advance for anyone who helps me out here. I have a G3 500 iBook in good shape that i did a logic board swap on. the machine boots and stays running nicely. no wierd glitches at all EXCEPT there are several dead keys. They are: W, `, 2, S, X, . All the bad keys seem to be in the left side of the keyboard. Ive swapped keyobards and the other one has the same dead keys.

This machine has 10.3.9 on it.

Please help me ouit
any and all insight is appreciated.
