Help with not letting my external harddrive show up on windows

Hi guys.

I run Parallels on my mac, and I figured out how to file share between mac and windows, but my external harddrive which is formatted to mac is also being shared, I would like for it to be shared, but how do get my external harddrive to show up on my mac again, I would really like help with this.

You have to enable Smart Mount in Parallels Desktop.

1. Start up your Windows
2. Hold down Option and Click the Parallels Icon(looks like a pause button) in the menu bar and select Configure.
3. Click Option and Sharing
4. Select Map Mac volumes to Windows
