Mac Pro running Logic on 64 Bit
I'm running a Mac Pro. I have two Operating Systems on two separate drives, one for Logic 9 and the other for X-Plane.

I would like to install Mountain Lion on the x-plane HD and then install Logic X.
Each time I attempt to install Mountain Lion i'm told that I can't do that cos this drive is used for Time Machine.
I always backup to external drives so I don't need the Time Machine facility. I've tried to disengage Time Machine, without success.
Can anyone help.

What model Mac Pro?

ML will not install on Mac Pro 1.1 and 2.1 models. 64bit architecture with 32bit firmware alas.
