iPhone 5 won't sync Notes

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
I have 140 Notes (note app) on my old iPhone that were supposed to sync to my new iPhone 5; however, only 30 made it.

How can I get the rest of my Notes synced?

So I did another backup of my original iPhone, this time enabling Notes to backup to iCloud.

Now how can I get those newly backed up notes onto my current iPhone?

Guest
In iTunes turn off the local note syncing. Then go into system preferences, iCloud and turn on iCloud syncing for notes.
