downgrade from 6.1.3

so i updated to 6.1.3, big mistake in my opinion, now ive been looking and researching on how to downgrade to either 6.1.2 6.1 5.1.1 or anything really, i just want to be able to jailbreak it but nothing seems to work. can anyone give my instructions on how to do it. i have windows and mac and i have an ipod 4g running 6.1.3

You can only downgrade if you saved your SHSH blobs. You can then use one of the many Jailbreak tools to merge them into a pre-6.1.3 IPSW before restoring.

Without the blobs you're a bit stuck as Apple aren't signing iOS prior to 6.1.3 anymore
