During my move the screen on my iMac was cracked. Seeing the silver lining, I saw this as a great opportunity to get the 21" Gateway rotating monitor I have had my eye on. I dissected the iMac and removed the 15" display and arm from the base (looks kinda cool now). I bough the new monitor and was dissappointed that the display is stretched; the aspect ratio is off. Also, the monitor supports 1680x1050 resolution. I have gone through the monitor and Mac settings and can't fix it. I am thinking I am not going to be able to use this monitor. Any suggestions?
