My imac went off in the night and now is asking me to log in. I have repeatedly typed my password and it is not accepting it. It will pop up the hint to my password yet not take it when I type it in. It says I can log in under my Apple ID but when I click on that arrow, it just keeps the same box with the hint, etc. This happened before and my son in law finally got us back in and I haven't updated anything because I was afraid of this happening again.
