Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by "lock Usb Disk or HDD External "?

I mean how to lock or disabled the Usb mass storage function on Mac OS, like windows just set on registry using regedit. How can I do it on Mac ?

I have Googling and get this :
1) Open the /System/Library/Extensions folder.
2) Remove IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext and Restart.

but, I want to try another way or using any script or command using Terminal.

Thanks

You mean disable, not lock.

Next question: why do you "want to try another way" when you've discovered the correct answer?
