Hello,
I can't seem to shut off the following things on my iphone 5 under "settings":
Bluetooth: it keeps "searching" and won't allow me to slide it "off" (edit: I got this to turn off)
Location Services: won't slide it to "off" along with: camera, rocket man, siri and weather (even though none of these apps are open).
Resetting and restarting didn't seem to do anything either.
I want to preserve my battery per this link. Everything else worked except the above:
