Could not unmount disk: reinstallation

Trying to reinstall Mountain Lion on my mac mini.. i have the disk and all, but when i'm selecting my drive, and click to continue. it stops me with the ugly message. COULD NOT UNMOUNT Disk...

WHY .. please?
