Missing plug-ins in Indesign CS6

whenever i start up adobe indesign cs6, i get alerts that the following plug-ins need to be installed:
-colour panel
-swatches panel
-jpeg export filter
-incopy bridge
-paragraph panel

I've uninstalled, cleaned and reinstalled indesign and the same messages appear. where can i get these plugins?
