export address book

I have just bought iPad mini for my wife, very computer illiterate, and need to set up address
book which I have on iMac on her iPad. How do I do this please.:

If you want to move/sync addresses from the Mac to her iPad you can do either of the following:

1. Sync contacts, calendar, etc. using iTunes. If you are running a different version of iTunes and don't see the options described in the article let us know.
2. Sync contacts using iCloud. The process described is for 10.7.2 I think but works for 10.8.x as well.
