Extremely slow mac no explanation

MacBook Pro Retina 13"
Somehow my mac is using all the processing power but it's impossible to say which process is doing so.

Could it be a virus or something like that?? I really don't understand.

And no it is not a virus ~ no mac OS X viruses exist. Whatever you are running will use the CPU - more applications etc less per cent to each.
