Setting up for the first time a DB TP-Link modem router. Best option to use same name and passwords for both the 2.4 and 5GHz networks please?

?? what do you mean by best option Harry ??

I run both a 2.4 and 5GHz in my place and leave the 2.4GHz with its own Password for visitors kids and anything that isn't up to the 5GHz range yet like the printer and , so i can switch it off when i like, if the kids are playing up but scheduled for 10pm so they sleep.
What options are you looking for ??
My NetGear was easy under Wireless to set each range how i wanted

Ahh OK And yes you would be ok with that. BUT if you rest the modem/router to default settings for any given reason, you will need to change the password. I did this with my NetGear DGND4000 but all i did was added a capital letter to one of my words in the pass phrase :) HTH

Thanks mate. Used the existing SSID name and password from setting up older Linskys WAG120N for both frequencies.
