Network/wifi keeps disconnecting for all Apple products

OK, here's the deal. We have a home wireless network with a D-Link wireless router. All has worked well for a long time. I recently purchased a wireless security camera for a room in our house. In order for it to work I had to switch from WEP to WPA2. I did. Everything seemed fine. EXCEPT...for my apple products. My iphone my wife's iphone my son's iPod my MacBook by son's MacBook Air all intermittently lose wifi connectivity. And not all at the same time. When my MacBook loses connectivity I go to network setting, click on the assist me button and then diagnostic tool after which everything is reconnected...for a while. Then 10 min later, sometimes shorter sometimes longer, it all happens again? It's not that we are losing wifi connection to the router, but the ISP shows yellow or red when I bring up the diagnostic tool. I've tried to reset network settings, I've tried to create a new location...nothing works. Same problems over and over. Help

It sounds like you're getting interference corrupting your network. What happens if you completely disconnect your new security camera? Try doing that to see if the network remains connected without dropping out. Let us know the result and if that doesn't help we can try something else.

Thanks. I have done that...and seem to be surfing the internet free of interruption. I'm not a techy guy...but if I have another wireless router (a linksys) and daisy chain to to my current wireless router the D-link and then set up the camera on that second router, do you think that might help?

Probably not. Try going into your DLink router and change the channel it's broadcasting on. Turn on the security camera again. Sometimes that can help eliminate the interference. If that doesn't help, dig out the paperwork on your security camera and see if you can figure out what frequency it's operating on. There may be a way to change the settings the camera uses.
