Only the Guest account will connect to the WiFi...

The title says it all. Anytime I'm on my Admin account, the wifi will show a Self-Assigned IP in the Network Preferences. It will not connect to my WiFi. When i go on my Guest Account however, it will connect... Please help!

I use a Linksys E2500
WPA2 Protected

G'day and welcome to the forums.

Sounds likje perhaps the browser setup ran whilst logged in as Guest. When in Admin connect via ethernet cable, go into browser and setup as set instructed by Linskys.

I agree with Harry. Make sure you choose "DHCP" when you setup the Linksys router while accessing it from your Admin account.
