I am going insane.
Every time I try to log into the apple support forums on the apple web pages, I am told that I have to put in my Apple ID and password. When I do that, I am told to pick an Apple ID. My email is my Apple ID.....If I can get to the next screen, I am told that only one account per email is allowed!
I just spent 5 days working with an Apple support person deleting an old Apple ID that was not my email address.
iCloud is also not recognizing me now.
For some reason, iTunes is no problem, and I actually managed to add iTunes Match.
I feel like I am going in circles.
