rMBP + Cinema Dispaly 24' - desktop icons repositioning

Hi

Not so long time ago replaced the MBP 2010 for the new rMBP 2013.
Absolutely stunning machine without any doubts.

I have only one issue right now.
Not sure if its related to the system or resolutions difference.

From time to time I connect it externally with Cinema Display 24' in a clam shel mode.
Not every time but very often I connect it all my desktop icons land in the left upper corner .. all of them in a one place.

any advice?

Probably related to the resolution the 24" Cinema is trying to display. When you operate in clamshell mode, the cinema display should default to its native resolution. How do you have the cinema display attached, in other words, what type of adapter are you using?

It's attached via mini display port cable (CD) connected to thunderbolt port in MBPr.
MBPr resolution 1920x1200(HiDPI) vs Cinema Display 24" 1920 x 1200 Native.
