The iMac G3 is dated from 1999..that's over 15 years and is the definition of obsolete..
Those iMacs ran OS X 10.3 Panther and you might be able to find someone with those discs for you to use..
The real question is what were you planning on doing with this iMac should you actually get into it?

if it is running OSX (most people did not bother with a password or user account with the old OS9) then you will need the OSX install disk that was used to install the OS
