My file is overwritten but still scared...

I had a file overwritten with a 14 pass and 1 pass, etc. I don't even know how many times!! Anyway, it's VERY important that file is destroyed because I took a nude picture and video and now I am regretting it I hope NOBODY sees it!! I didn't send it to anyone but I just did it on my computer for the fun of it like 1 year ago. This is interfering with my life, I'm pretty sure the forensics will be able to see it, I mean, why would they want to?? but I'm just really paranoid! Please tell me, what to do?? Thank you!!!

It's gone, don't worry about it. A 14 pass overwrite is only something that the FBI or NSA might be able to retrieve but I doubt it. A 7 pass overwrite is usually enough to destroy any trace of a file. Just be careful in the future. Don't put anything on your computer or cell phone that may be embarrassing someday.

Oh. Thank you so much, god bless you. I have learned my lesson now!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just did another 7 pass to make sure it is completely gone, i swear, god is great.

What does "god" have to do with it??? Just don't take nude photos or videos of yourself...and you're good to go!

No need to get "God" involved!
